Ces perles croquantes noires sont comme de minuscules billes de caviar: diamètre de 2 à 3 mm, è l'arôme et au goût superbe. Le noyau de chaque perle est composé d'un biscuit grillé. Il donne à la perle un croquant surprenant qui persiste.
