This large, plump, meaty olive is a classic martini garnish. Queen Pimento Olives are made with green queen olives from Andalucia Spain that are pitted and filled with sweet, piquant, bright red pimento paste, cured in a sea salt brine, and have a crisp, meaty texture and an appealing briny, buttery flavour. Serve them with roasted Marcona almonds for quick tapas with drinks, or use them as a garnish on a cheese platter with Manchego or blue cheese. Slice them and toss in salads, pasta or on pizza.
