Sliced, they are superb on pizza with salami, red pepper and olives and in a Muffaletta sandwich. Artichoke Hearts Grilled in Oil are delicious in pasta salad with chicken and fresh basil, in a Tortilla Española (Spanish potato and onion frittata), and chopped, are excellent added to soft, fresh goat cheese for use on grilled crostini or crackers.
