How do I qualify for free next business day delivery with my order? 

Free next business day delivery is granted on every order if your delivery address is within the Toronto or Vancouver metro area (listed below). You also have the choice of free pickup at our Etobicoke or Vancouver warehouse for all orders. There is a flat rate $20 handling fee for all orders under $500.

What is this $20 handling fee? 

For orders below $500, the next business day delivery handling fee is only $20 within the Toronto and Vancouver metro area (listed below). The $20 handling fee is shown  on your cart preview, and it is removed automatically if you increase your order to $500.

Do you deliver to Apartments or PO Boxes? 

Unfortunately we do not delivery to apartments or PO boxes at this time as your location must have an outside access directly available for the truck.

Can I use my own courier service?

Yes, just select "Pick-Up" as the delivery option during your checkout, and you can send your own courier to pickup the order. Just provide them with the order confirmation number to present when they arrive, which will be found in your order confirmation email. 

How soon can I pick-up my order? 

  • Orders placed between 9am to 12pm will be ready for you to pick it up at at 8:30am the next business day morning.

  • If you place your order after 12pm it will be ready at 12pm the next business day for pick-up. 

  • Place your order before 9am and you can pick it up that same day between 12pm and 5pm.

Do you deliver outside of the Toronto and Vancouver area? 

Yes, your order can be delivered anywhere in Canada at a very reasonable price. We can arrange a courier service for you after you place your order online, or you can send your own to pick it up at the nearest warehouse. Please just select "Pick-Up" at the checkout and email us if you would like us to provide you a quotation to for shipping by email or you will be sending your own courier to pick it up at the warehouse. If you select a quote from us, we will send you an email with the pricing for your confirmation before we charge your credit card for the total amount. 

How much is it to ship my order on a palette to Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver Mainland or Island?

Once you complete your order and select "Pick-Up" as the delivery option, and include a comment for us to send you a shipping quote, then we will contact our couriers to find the best possible rate for you and confirm before your credit card is charged, but, some rough estimates for shipping a palette to these areas are below from our warehouses: 

  • Ottawa ~ $100

  • Montreal ~ $100

  • Quebec City ~ $125

  • Calgary ~ $125

  • Edmonton ~ $135

  • Vancouver Lower Mainland Area ~ $50

  • Vancouver Island and Southern BC ~ $60 to $100

What if I am unable to come pick-up my order within 2 days after choosing "Pick-Up" at checkout? 

If you are unable to pick up your order within 2 days then a re-stocking fee of 15% will apply. Perishable and fresh goods included in the order will be charged in full if not picked up within 2 days.

What if I am not at my delivery location to receive my order? 

Deliveries are operated on business days during working hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. A person need to be available to receive during these hours.

We can only deliver to one central place per order. We can not carry orders by hand to go up or down the stairs. We can not stock shelves or rotate goods.

If you do not receive the order upon arrival of our carrier, an over-charge applies. The over-charge amount is equal to any additional transportation fees. Undelivered  perishable products remain invoiced.
